Thai Bodywork is a form of bodywork that originated in Thailand and is based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. It combines acupressure, energy work, and yoga-like stretches to help release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance to the body.

Karen’s unique approach uses longer holds and resistance when necessary specifically for recovery from exercise, weight training, and athletic performance.
